We Truly Care About Our Clients
We understand that there are many attorneys that try to handle personal injury cases. Some are excellent. Some, not so much. So how do you know who to hire? For years most of our clients have come from either satisfied past clients or attorneys. That says a lot. That means that knowledgeable attorneys know the kind of work we do and past clients were appreciative and pleased with the work that we did for them.
Our Fees
All of our cases are handled on a contingency basis. This means you pay us no fee unless we earn one by obtaining a recovery for you.
It is important for an attorney to know the law, and we do. But representing an injury victim goes far beyond that. When somebody is involved in an accident, the physical injury is not the only injury.
Injury victims often cannot work and may even lose their job. Medical bills may not be covered or there may be extraordinary co-pays and deductibles. An injury victim may feel a loss of dignity. There can be emotional burdens. The disruption to an injury victim’s life can be enormous on many levels.
Some lawyers will make a big deal out of the fact that they will come to your home or a hospital. All lawyers will. Some lawyers make a big deal that you will not pay a fee unless recovery is made on your behalf. The truth is, under the contingency fee agreement which is used in virtually all of these cases, the fact that there is no fee unless you recover is the law. It’s not something extra the attorney is doing for you.
Jeff Malin and Brian Kutinsky know that beyond the basics, a lawyer representing an injury victim must go far beyond just standard legal representation. A great personal injury attorney must exhibit empathy, compassion and truly care about his/her client.
They must return phone calls. They must educate their client about their case so that they can fully understand their case, because at some you, our client, will be making some very important decisions with our assistance.
